The end of this week saw level 1 poured, the ground floor drainage approved, the ground floor being backfilled and compacted, and scaffolding start to go up on the North Eastern side of the building!

As work continues at varying stages on each floor, this week we celebrated Schindler Lifts joining the other contractors working on site. They will now begin work to get our lift in and operational!
Steel stud partition walls are now being installed on Level 4.
Level 6 is now fully covered and being prepared for steel studs to start going up.
While one side of the hallways are lined, the other side is left open for the service risers.
The elevator shaft is being lined in preparation for installation of the lift!
The roof is continuing to progress and is on track to be completed by the end of the month.
The external precast panels have had their final coat of paint and are looking great!
